• Can sell my silverware to Silverwarehouse via mail?
  • If you need to mail something to us for evaluation, you can do so by mailing the items to our business address. We cannot be responsible for items lost in the mail, so you should insure your parcel appropriately. Moreover, please be aware that some items may not be covered (insurable) by some carriers.
• How do I get paid?
  • Cash or check. We usually issue a check for larger amounts.
• Are there any fees to have my precious metals, jewelry, or coins evaluated?
  • No.
• Am I obligated to sell my items after they have been evaluated?
  • There is no obligation to sell.
• Can I get an invoice to detail items I sell to Silverwarehouse?
  • Yes.
• Can I make an appointment?
  • In order to provide the best service to all our customers, we generally cannot make appointments. We have many knowledgeable buyers and would be happy to help you on a walk-in basis.
• What should I do if I plan to bring in a large estate or collection?
