Inventory & Data Entry Specialist

We are actively searching for an Inventory and Data Entry Specialist to join our team. A successful candidate must be a hands-on, proactive team player with acute attention to detail. This full-time position is responsible for data entry and merchandise accountability. The ideal candidate for this position is honest, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, detail oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Data entry and processing incoming merchandise
• Retain and organize files and records of invoices
• Communication with existing vendors for orders or invoice discrepancies
• Quality control of incoming products
• Process photographs for inventory items
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Skilled with data entry and Excel spreadsheets
• Extreme attention to detail
• Efficient and organized with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to work Saturdays

This is a full-time position and will be located on site. This is not a remote position.  Typical 5 day work week, except during the busy Christmas season where business hours are extended.
