One of a kind all around necklace with mixed sized amorphous rose cut blue topaz and London blue topaz with a total weight of 57.66 carat and 86 round brilliant cut diamonds with a total weight of 2.14 carat, 16-17.75 inch adjustable length and 22K gold lobster clasp.
