Team Support Specialist

Meierotto Jewelers is Kansas City’s leading jewelry store. We carry the largest selection of diamonds and jewelry, watches and more! We are located just minutes north of downtown Kansas City.

We are actively searching for a Team Support Specialist to join our team. A successful candidate must be a hands-on, proactive team player. This full-time position is responsible for providing support to our sales team. The ideal candidate for this position is honest, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to retail staff as needed

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

• Maintain appearance of showroom area

• Merchandising

• Quality Control

• Clerical and other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Friendly and professional

• Honest with an outgoing personality

• Efficient, fast-paced and organized

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Must be able to work Saturdays

Work hours & Benefits

This is a full-time position and will be located on site. This is not a remote position. Typical 5 day work week, except during the busy Christmas season where business hours are extended.
