Team Support Professional
Meierotto Jewelers is Kansas City’s leading jewelry store. We are located just minutes north of downtown Kansas City.
We are actively searching for a Team Support Professional to join our team. A successful candidate must be a hands-on, proactive team player. This full-time position is responsible for providing support to our sales, merchandising and inventory teams. The ideal candidate for this position is honest, works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

Provide assistance to sales, merchandising and inventory staff as needed

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service

Maintain appearance of showroom area
-
Merchandise new product arrival and existing product in showcases and trays

Performing inventory checks and locating products
-
Assist sales associates with clerical post-sales tasks

Ability to learn and use computer system to document customer transactions

Other duties as assigned

Work hours & Benefits
This is a full-time position and will be located on-site with no option to perform tasks remote. Typical 5 day work week is Tuesday-Saturday and you must be available to work all hours of operation, plus opening and closing procedure time. We are closed between Christmas and New Years and most major holidays. Extended hours during December are required. May also be asked to work additional during special in-store events or training.
