Meierotto Jewelers is Kansas City’s leading jewelry store. We are located just minutes north of downtown Kansas City.
We are seeking a Luxury Sales Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate for this full-time position is honest, works well under pressure, has a passion for assisting people and excels at providing superior customer service.
Responsibilities

Provide superb customer service and meet the needs of our customers

Ability to use and learn computer system to document customer transactions and interactions

Educate and provide in-depth knowledge of jewelry products

Meet and exceed sales targets

Remain customer focused throughout the entire sales process

Other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Previous sales experience preferred, but not required
-
Outgoing personality with excellent verbal communication skills

Strong conversation starter with internal motivation and pure investments in building relationships with clients

Honest, efficient, fast-paced and organized

Understanding of basic computer skills

Able to work in fast-paced environment.

Must be able to work Saturdays
Work hours & Benefits
This is a full-time position and will be located on-site with no option to perform tasks remote. Typical 5 day work week is Tuesday-Saturday and you must be available to work all hours of operation, plus opening and closing procedure time. We are closed between Christmas and New Years and most major holidays. Extended hours during December are required. May also be asked to work additional during special in-store events or training.
